Use this Hipobuy first-order checklist after you have chosen a candidate. Its output is a decision sheet: what you intend to order, what has been answered, and what you still need to resolve. If you are still finding your way around the site, start with the directory walkthrough.

Build one decision sheet per planned order

Write the product links, intended options, quantities and destination country at the top of your private notes. Keep the actual address and account information in the appropriate private ordering channel.

Then fill in these four rows. Use answered, pending or needs another check as your own note labels.

Decision area Evidence or answer to save A reason to leave it pending
Item and option The exact listing, chosen color, size, quantity and availability response A response covers another color or size
Fit and essential details The measurement source and any feature essential to your choice The seller has not answered your specific fit or feature question
Money and services A dated quote, currency, included charges and named exclusions A shipping or service component is still unpriced
Changes and cancellation The applicable conditions, any timing limit and who supplied them You are relying on another buyer’s experience rather than the terms applying to your order

Use the size-chart guide, photo checklist and budget worksheet to resolve a row. You do not need to repeat all three methods in the decision sheet.

Work through an example with missing answers

The scenario below is invented for practice. It is not a completed purchase, a seller response or a Hipobuy policy statement.

Suppose a shopper wants one jacket in a dark color and a specific size. They have saved the listing but have not paid.

Note What the shopper currently has Status and next action
Selected option Listing URL plus a written color, size and quantity Save the selected-option view; confirm the response refers to it
Sleeve measurement A chart with a sleeve figure but no stated start point Pending: ask whether it starts at the shoulder seam or neckline
Delivery cost An estimate without final parcel dimensions Pending: record the packing assumptions and what may change
Change of size A general comment that changes may be possible Pending: request the conditions for this item and order stage

The useful outcome is a short follow-up list. In this example, sleeve measurement, shipping assumptions and change conditions still need answers. Finding the product and saving its price have not resolved those rows.

Send one focused request

Collect the pending points into one private message instead of sending a general “is everything okay?” question:

For the linked item, color, size and quantity in my notes, please confirm: the sleeve measurement method; the assumptions and exclusions in the delivery estimate; and the conditions, timing and charges for changing or cancelling this option. Please identify anything that cannot yet be confirmed.

Remove questions already answered and add any requirement specific to your order. Record who replied, when they replied and which item the answer covers. Keep messages containing order or account details out of public spreadsheets.

Recheck after an option or quote changes

Reopen affected rows when the seller substitutes an item, the selected size changes, the parcel is repacked or a quote is replaced. Keep the earlier answer marked as superseded rather than silently applying it to the new situation.

A practical final note is: “I am deciding on [exact options] using [dated answers]; [remaining question] is still pending.” Resolve any condition essential to your decision before relying on the sheet.

Sources and scope

The worksheet, status labels and jacket scenario are original editorial tools. No purchase, service entitlement, fee, return window or delivery date is asserted. The checklist helps organize answers under the current terms applying to your own order.

Sources & editorial method

Editorial responsibility: Hipobuy Spreadsheet.

We compare saved catalog records with the displayed product names and pictures. Named carrier and measurement facts are linked to their original sources; hypothetical numbers and practice scenarios are labelled.

Content is prepared with AI assistance and checked against the cited material and this directory's implementation. Topic illustrations are identified separately from catalog photos. We do not claim personal purchases or hands-on product tests.

Review dates record substantive editorial checks. Saved catalog prices are references; current options, measurements and service terms need checking with the relevant listing or service.
