Hipobuy Shortlist Template: Save Links, Sizes & Prices

A useful Hipobuy shortlist helps you remember why you saved an item and what still needs checking. It does not need to predict delivery dates, rate sellers or calculate a saving you have not demonstrated.

We provide a small, manual template for that specific job:

The file contains column headings and blank rows. It has no macros, formulas, account connection or automatic price updates. You can open or import it in spreadsheet software and fill in only the details relevant to your decision. This article is a proposed way to organize your own notes, not an official Hipobuy order export.

Start with the decision you need to make

If you are comparing two colors, create a row for each color rather than putting several uncertain options into one cell. If the size or listing changes, make the relationship clear before comparing prices.

Our headings keep identity, price context and unanswered questions separate:

The local note ID is something you assign, such as LOOK-01. It is not an order number issued by a seller or agent.

Keep a reference price separate from the total

Copy the price’s currency as well as its number. A CNY item reference and a USD estimate are not interchangeable entries. If a listing shows a range, record the range until the relevant option is confirmed; do not silently choose its lowest figure.

The template intentionally has no delivered-total formula. Missing shipping, service charges or other applicable costs cannot be resolved by adding empty cells. Use the budget guide to list those components separately when you have usable information.

Write questions that lead to a useful answer

“Need more details” is difficult to act on. “Need the laid-flat chest width for the selected size, including the measuring method” identifies a gap that a seller can answer.

For a photo question, name the area you need to see: the back panel, outsole, bag interior or particular color option. Keep catalog examples distinct from photos connected to a particular item. The photo-check guide gives a fuller comparison.

Review the note before sharing it

Remove account details, contact information and private order documents from anything you share publicly. A shortlist for style feedback rarely needs a delivery address or tracking number. Share a minimal copy rather than exposing your entire order history.

Recheck saved links before making a decision. A row is a record of what you saw, not proof that an item remains available or that its price is unchanged. Start with a category, keep only the details that help you choose, and mark each unanswered question honestly.
